Due to License Restrictions WURFL Web Services can no longer continue provide this *free* service to the public.

If you're interested in building your own Java based WURFL Web Service you can always download the source code from the Free Open Source Software Project hosted here.

In case you need (free) hosting you can always consider using Google App Engine for Java.

Another option is signing up for the ScientiaMobile WURFL Cloud.
